Duration: 5 weeks
A workshop-based employability programme that tackles a real early careers challenge: too many young people are entering the workforce without the soft skills businesses need. Elevate gives your employees meaningful coaching and leadership experience while building a pipeline of genuinely work-ready talent aged 18–24.

Duration: 8 weeks
Pathway+ is a pre-apprenticeship preparation programme designed to reduce apprentices’ drop-out. Your employees play a direct role in getting students EPA-ready, developing their own communication and mentoring skills in the process. A time-efficient, high-impact way to build a stronger apprenticeship pipeline.
