In this volunteering opportunity you will be supporting our Programmes team with:
Preparing session materials and student resources ahead of workshops
Supporting the delivery of virtual or in-person workshops (chat moderation, attendance tracking, note-taking)
Compiling feedback forms and tracking responses
Supporting small admin tasks connected to programme scheduling, reporting status on Monday.com
Coordinating study support resources for students
Drafting student-facing communications
We're looking for someone organised and reliable, with at least 3 years’ experience supporting the delivery of workshops, training or programmes in any sector. You should be comfortable working independently and remotely, have a clear and friendly writing style, and enjoy education, youth development or social mobility work. Experience with project-management tools like Monday.com is a plus, but not essential.

In this volunteering opportunity you will be supporting our team with:
Undertaking a data audit across our key systems and databases
Structuring our data foundations to support the organisation's growth
Ensuring data quality, GDPR compliance and data security
Supporting data cleaning and categorising (no sensitive data handling required)
Exploring how AI and automation can support our data management
We're looking for someone with at least 3 years’ experience in data management, systems or operations, ideally with exposure to CRM or database structuring and a solid understanding of GDPR and data protection. You should be methodical, detail-oriented, and comfortable proposing practical improvements to imperfect data. Experience with AI or automation tools applied to data workflows is a strong plus.

In this volunteering opportunity you will be supporting our Community team with:
Planning and coordinating events
Providing on-the-day support (registration desk, guest coordination)
Drafting post-event follow-up communications
Supporting logistics such as room set-up and wind-down
We're looking for someone with at least 3 years’ experience in events, community, or operations roles, who is organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once. You should be a confident communicator, able to liaise with guests and speakers, and comfortable providing hands-on support on the day itself. Experience with charity, education or youth-focused events is a plus.

Researching, building and managing a pipeline of prospective funders — trusts, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals
Identifying donor meetings and networking events to support With Insight Education's representation
Supporting the development of funding proposals
We're looking for someone with at least 3 years’ experience in fundraising, philanthropy or business development, ideally with experience researching and approaching trusts, foundations or major donors, and supporting or writing funding proposals. You should be a confident researcher and networker, with strong written communication skills and a genuine interest in education or social mobility.

In this volunteering opportunity you will be supporting the delivery of our Career Readiness mentoring programme with:
Leading the launch of workshops and events tailored to student needs
Tracking programme timelines and resources
Ensuring high-quality delivery through induction training, ongoing support and problem-solving for participants
Tracking programme KPIs and flagging concerns as needed
Inputting into our evaluation report
Liaising with marketing to flag case study opportunities
We're looking for someone with at least 3 years' experience managing youth programmes, ideally within education or mentoring, with excellent project management, time management and planning skills. You should take a data-driven approach to monitoring and evaluation, be highly organised with phenomenal attention to detail, and confident facilitating training sessions, workshops and events. Strong relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders and a proactive, autonomous working style are essential.
