Our Elevate programme is a 6-month programme that starts with leadership training. Participants are given the foundations in managerial soft skills, such as constructive feedback and how to handle sensitive conversations.

Participants then get to apply the skills learnt in the real world by mentoring students from underrepresented backgrounds over six monthly sessions.
