Elevate Programme

An employee development programme that shapes future talent

Elevate is a 6-month employee development programme that starts with leadership training. Ideal for those who are 3+ years into their career, this career mentoring programme equips employees with the foundations in managerial soft skills such as giving constructive feedback and handling sensitive conversations.

They then put those skills into practice by mentoring an undergraduate from an underrepresented background as a career mentor, building their own leadership capability while helping a student build the confidence, network and career readiness to thrive.

More than an employee engagement programme, Elevate turns your senior talent into confident people managers.

  • Tamzin Lymath, AON Mentor

“It really has been a pleasure to be a mentor for the last two years – seeing the mentees confidence grow through the sessions as they begin to reflect on and recognise the skills/strengths that they already have, and using it as a nudge to take a step that they’d previously shied away from.”

  • Tanece, Bank of England Mentor

“I feel that my mentoring skills have improved drastically as I feel like I understand how to let my mentee lead my plans and alter them as needed to fit them”
