Elevate Mentoring Programme
Duration: 6 months
Beyond a core set of essential topics, the programme is yours to shape. Pick session topics most relevant to your career aspirations, from professional confidence and networking to career direction and beyond.
Sessions are hosted through our online mentoring platform with the flexibility to also meet your mentor in person.
Why Elevate?
Elevate exists because so many students told us the same things were blocking their way: feeling isolated, lacking a career network, anxiety about networking, and being unsure how to talk about your own achievements. A mentor gives you a safe space to work through all of it. Someone in your corner who's invested in helping you get where you're going.
Hear From Our Elevate Mentees
Our Elevate mentees share what it's really like to step from the lecture hall into the workplace: meeting industry professionals, building real confidence, and picking up skills that stick. Elevate has since grown into a longer, deeper mentoring journey, but what our students describe here still holds true today.
Want to Mentor a Younger Student Instead?
