With Insight Education aims to create an educational and professional landscape where the representation of black-heritage students is truly reflective of the potential available.

  • Decades after her own university choice was coloured by her fears of fitting in, Christine was disheartened to discover that such concerns still hinder black-heritage students from attending top universities.

    Christine is a TeachFirst Ambassador and sits on several other diversity and education boards including Causeway Education and the AccessHE Race Equity forum.

    In 2020, Christine was awarded the Warrior Women ChangeMaker award and was recently recognised as one of the WISE100 top female social entrepreneurs in the UK.

  • Ayesha is passionate about social impact, sustainability and building meaningful cross-sector partnerships that create opportunity for young people.

    She is responsible for the design and delivery of social mobility programmes supporting the charity's mission to enable young people aged 16-24 to progress into higher education and paid work experience across the UK.

    Ayesha brings experience across innovation, product development and commercialisation from her work in consulting, alongside tech startup and not-for-profit experience in geoscience, climate tech and education. She holds an MSc in Sustainability from the University of London and a Sloan MSc from London Business School.

  • After launching her own handmade business in 2019, Vanesia discovered a passion for digital marketing and the power of storytelling to connect with audiences. This inspired her to pursue a degree in Business and Marketing and build a career in digital marketing, social media management and content creation. Now with over five years of experience, she has worked with brands across a range of sectors, including education, beauty, cosmetics and retail, developing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, analysing campaign performance and creating engaging content that drives brand awareness and audience growth. Alongside her marketing career, Vanesia also freelances as a videographer and photographer, helping brands bring their stories to life visually. 

    Vanesia believes education creates opportunities that shape futures. At With Insight, she is excited to use her creativity and marketing expertise to inspire young people and help make education and career pathways more accessible.

  • Tiersha is a freelance Programme Officer with over 10 years of experience delivering programmes that support young people to overcome barriers and reach their potential. She has worked across charities, local authorities and education settings, with a strong focus on social mobility and inclusion.

    She brings expertise in programme delivery, mentoring and partnership working, and is passionate about creating opportunities that are accessible, meaningful and impactful for underrepresented communities.

We actively collaborate with a group of talented volunteers that support us with our mission.

  • Linh Hoang is a researcher into social mobility and equality at leading higher education institutions. She contributes to developing and measuring the impacts of student engagement and empowerment interventions, working closely with students from widening participation backgrounds. Prior to joining the HE sector in the UK, she gained her expertise in evaluation and grant management in development and humanitarian programmes in Vietnam and Belgium.

  • Nina is a values-driven business development professional with 20 years’ experience across executive search, talent research, and HR consultancy. In addition to extensive B2B commercial experience in the private sector, Nina has turned around an arts charity’s Consultancy business, improving profitability by 300%. Committed to racial equity, she has been volunteering with With Insight Education since 2025.

  • Kevin Ebosele is a transformation and change professional with experience leading digital, organisational and service improvement programmes across multiple sectors. He is passionate about helping people fulfil their potential, widening access to opportunity and using his skills to support meaningful community impact. Outside work, Kevin enjoys sport, writing and bringing people together.


  • I’m excited to be working alongside With Insight Education as their Google Ads Marketing Consultant, helping drive meaningful growth through strategic, data-driven paid search campaigns.

    With a decades experience in digital marketing, I specialise in creating and optimising Google Ads campaigns that increase visibility, generate high-quality leads, and maximise return on investment. 

    Outside of marketing, I’m passionate about the education and well being of children and young people. I look forward to partnering with the team to strengthen their online presence, support student recruitment goals, and deliver campaigns that help them make a real impact for black heritage students in the UK.
