Sharon, an A-Level student interested in Biomedical Sciences, was mentored by Shibrha from Aon, who had volunteered with us on two previous occasions. As the Head of Employee Relations Leadership, Shibrha was able to provide valuable insights and help prepare Sharon for the working world.

Throughout the mentoring programme, I have gained valuable insights, guidance, and support that have greatly contributed to my personal and professional growth. Discovering that passion is the driving force behind impactful communication has encouraged me to connect more authentically with my audience and emphasized the importance of showcasing my personality during speeches.

My mentor's guidance and feedback provided me with a clear understanding of how to structure my CV and showcase my strengths. The feedback I received from the mock interview highlighted my strengths and identified areas for improvement. I now have a clear roadmap for enhancing my interviewing skills and I am confident that, with continued practice, I will excel in actual interviews.
