This May, With Insight Education is asking 1,000 people to donate £10 each.
Black-heritage students have the talent. The odds are just stacked against them. 61% of Black graduates report feeling disadvantaged in job applications, and 33% are less likely to receive job offers even with the same qualifications.
We exist to change that. Through our programmes, we connect young people with mentors from top universities and leading organisations, people who open doors that might otherwise stay closed.

Want to do more than donate? Here are some simple ideas:
Bake sale: sell homemade treats at work or in your community and donate what you raise
Sponsored activity: walk, run or take on a challenge and get friends or colleagues to sponsor you
Coffee for a cause: bring your own brew to work for a week and donate what you would have spent
Payroll giving: speak to your HR team about making a tax-free donation directly from your paycheck

Corporate donation: make a collective contribution on behalf of your team

Why it matters
Talent is distributed equally, but systemic barriers means that opportunity is not. With Insight Education exists to change that. By providing
